Justin is tenacious and "in it to win it" for you. From Day 1 we felt in good hands. Justin takes time to answer your questions and break down any complicated issues so that you can feel confident in making decisions along the way. He and his team are excellent communicators and always keep you in the loop; they make it clear that they are available anytime if you have any questions. They work fast and are very knowledgeable about the best way to obtain necessary documentation too. I definitely recommend them if you're looking to buy a home!

Justin Travis and the rest of the team did a super hero job processing my home loan. My situation was complex and they turned over every rock, and went the extra mile time after time with a culmination of closing on the house of my dreams. I am thrilled with my new house and could not have done it without this close knit team. They worked together seamlessly. They are professional, knowledgeable, explained every detail and are very positive and fun people! They were always responsive and kept me and everyone involved on track with all documents and requirements.

He has walked every step with us with our home and is always willing to talk to us after hours with any concerns or questions. We initially started our loan process and preapproval process with another financial company but didn’t feel comfortable with the energy of the Loan Officer, my real estate agent recommended and got us in touch with Mr. Justin Travis and what a difference, Travis is an exceptional loan officer, this guy is motivated and driven; we were very fortunate to work with him. From the moment we got started he explained the process and expectations, stayed one step ahead through the whole process anticipating issues and getting results. His professionalism, timeliness, attention to details and insight was extremely valuable, most definitely went the EXTRA MILE for us, saved us thousands of dollars in closing cost and home insurance.
